Official and Unofficial Transcript requests are processed electronically via the McDaniel Portal. Look for the icon labeled Transcripts in the Quick Links section of the portal.
If you do not have portal access, you can create an account through the Parchment Ordering Service to order an official transcript. If you need an unofficial transcript or attended McDaniel College before 1984 or need to make a cash/check payment, you will need to complete and return a Transcript Request Form.
The fee for an official transcript is $12.00 per copy (express shipping available for an additional charge). There is no charge for an unofficial transcript. Transcripts will be issued only if your account is clear with the Bursar's Office. The Registrar's Office will not accept transcript requests over the telephone.

Diploma orders can be made through Parchment, the same provider of our official transcripts. Digital diplomas can be purchased once for a $10.00 fee and can be used as often as you need. This credential can be used to share on social media, share with employers for degree verification, or use as an alternative to an apostille diploma. A replacement or duplicate printed diploma may be purchased for a $50 fee. Orders are processed electronically via the McDaniel Portal in the Quick Links section under the icon labeled Transcripts. If you do not have portal access, you can create an account through the Parchment Ordering Service.
